STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- No cancellation of the order.
- BPYFND reserves the right to cancel orders where payment is not sent within 2 (two) days.
- BUYER'S PROTECTION
BPYFND’s liability for loss or damage shall be as follows:
A.) For lost or damaged shipments with DECLARED VALUE, liability shall only be limited to the value declared in the Official Receipt (proof of order).
B.) We cannot guarantee the malfunction of peripheral devices caused by using this product. Damage caused by using this product is not covered by the warranty.
C.) BPYFND shall not be liable for loss, damage, or delay arising from acts of God, force majeure, acts of government authority, or buyer’s breach of this contract.
D.) BPYFND shall not be liable for other damages, such as moral and exemplary damages, and consequential damages, unless, the amount of foreseen consequential damage is declared during the acceptance.
E.) Change of Mind. - All claims must be filed in writing within fourteen (14) days from the date of transaction, otherwise, the same shall be denied.
- By transacting with BPYFND, the buyer warrants that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the full terms and conditions of BPYFND.
