BPYFND STANDARD RETURN POLICY AND EXCHANGES
We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective/incorrect item. Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your package (as confirmed by tracking).
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and proper packaging.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We value transparency and honesty and try to make our listings as clear as possible. If you feel like your item is not working (or looking!) as described, shoot us a message so we can help you troubleshoot and remedy the issue.
To initiate a refund/return/exchange, kindly read the dispute instructions below. To ensure your order is processed correctly, all returns must be authorized by our customer service team before they are sent back. All returns must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving authorization from BPYFND.
Any functional defects should be addressed within 14 days of receiving your package. Please include as much information as possible about the nature of your problem. Our customer service team may ask you for more information about the nature of your issue in an attempt to troubleshoot and/or provide you with a successful resolution.
If you are experiencing issues after the first 14 days, still let us know! We will try to help as possible.
Repairs or modifications carried out by someone else than the BPYFND shop will result in the cancellation of the warranty.
*Gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value.
DISPUTE:
All sales are final. If an item is defective, damaged in transit, or we have sent the wrong item we will replace it. To qualify for replacement, please follow the below instructions which vary according to the situation.
Damaged in Transit/Defective/Incorrect Item: To assist us with the process, please photograph the package upon arrival and prior to opening it. Once open, immediately photograph the contents while still in the box. If individual items are damaged, please also photograph those items. We appreciate the extra effort this will take and thank you in advance for helping us clearly and successfully prove the issue with the delivery carrier.
